Math Placement Testing

Required for registering for Math 130 (Calculus I)
and for Math 100 (Precalculus).

The Placement Test can now be taken at any time
at the following address:

http://math.hws.edu/placement/

Completion of Math 100
or a score of 18 or higher on this placement test
is required for registration in Math 130.

The test takes no more than 40 minutes for most students.

No calculators are allowed.
