PROFESSOR David Belding received his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College in 1980, and he joined the faculty of Hobart and William Smith Colleges in the fall of that year. He is the co-author, along with Kevin Mitchell of the textbook Fundamentals of Analysis, which is used in Mathematics 331: Foundation of Analysis.
