PROFESSOR Laurel Boraz joins the department as a visiting assistant professor in Fall 2011. She completed her dissertation in model-theoretic algebra under the direction of Deirdre Haskell and received her Ph.D. from McMaster University in June 2009. Before coming to HWS, she taught at Smith College for two years.
