For this lab we were introduced to a program called Linux which is an operating system.
This excercise was dealt with animation. It has buttons to start and stop the animation and to clear the canvas.
Here we had to make our own website. At the top of the page there are 6 different buttons, and when you click each one of them seperatly they change the webpage in some way.
Here we had to make OUR own drawing which was to be created in JavaScript using different commands on a canvas.
Move your mouse on the canvas! Watch the pattern that follows your mouse!
Roll your mouse over the text and see what happens!
Use the up,down, left, and right arrow keys on the keyboard. Your results should be a sqaure that moves, leaving a trail as you move your mouse!
For this excerise we had to add a button to the page. When the button is clicked it flips the coin to either heads or tails. Furthermore, we also added a timer to this button so the image changes after a certain ammount of time.
This lab by far may have been the best! For this excerise we had to make 3 different kinds of random abstract art. When clicking the next button the image should change to a different peice of abstract art.
When using Gimp you can do a number of different things! For example, you can make a logo...filter an image... add levels to an image to change the color... create your OWN image using Gimp tools... AND many other unique things.
Enter your username and password and click submit! This should take you to messages other students have said in the class!
When using a table you use columns and rows, and this allows you to group things how you want them.
This is a poll we had to create ourselfs! Pick your favorite sport and check out the results...
When choosing YOUR favorite sport and clicking submit it takes you to a table showing you the total count for each person that voted!
