PROFESSOR ALDEN GASSERT received his Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in 2014. He joined the Department in Fall 2017 after a postdoc at the University of Colorado and a year of teaching at Western New England Universty. His mathematical interests include Number theory, Algebra, and Arithmetic Dynamics.
